Great out of the way location, we stayed in the nomad yurt, the bed was warm despite it snowing outside, the log burner was able to deal with the cold weather (snow) we had while we were there. Altogether a great little romantic getaway, we would recommend if you fancy something a little different.

Thoroughly worthy of the 5 stars I have given it! The yurt is perfect for a down to earth stay in a completely peaceful setting. It’s kitted out for the day to day very well in it’s own right, but Tomas provides really excellent facilities ‘over the valley’ (a very short walk, but do bring wellies if visiting in November as I did...this is Britain after all!). I went with my dog who loved the woods and the local walking generally is excellent. Kyona was lovely, helpful and able to accommodate an earlier check in, for which I am very grateful We will definitely be back.

Tomas was a lovely host, he welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around, and made suggestions on what we could do, as weather wasn't great. The Nomad Yurt was nice and cosy, really good experience. Facilities were outstanding, clean and modern kitchen and shower rooms, with a spacious dining area.

Wow... what a very special place and experience. Time is not measured by the clock here, rather by the passing of clouds and the changes in light and temperature within the valley....total relaxation! Such care and attention has been put in to create a wonderful retreat. The yurt we stayed in was beautiful. Secluded, surrounded by lush vegetation, with a wood burning stove and a very comfortable bed with white cotton bed linen and a cosy welsh blanket...and a short, beautiful walk along a track through the valley to luxurious facilities. Tomas was a perfect host; warm, generous and accommodating throughout our stay. Tomas's delightful dog Rodeo was equally warm and generous! Thank you Tomas, we look forward to coming back soon.
